Ola Style

Born and raised in New York, St. Louis -based designer Ola Hawatmeh credits much of her artistic flair in fashion design to the multi-cultural (Jordanian/Lebanese) atmosphere she experienced growing up. The rich colors and textures of traditional Lebanese art and clothing helped to mold Ola’s affinity for bright, bold colors.

Hawatmeh attended Vassar College and graduated with honors from Marist College with a degree in Communications and Journalism, and a minor in Psychology. During her college years, Ola represented Patricia Fields in numerous runway shows.

Ola has been featured on Fox 2 and KSDK News Channel 5 in the St. Louis market. She has styled countless celebrities and has designed for the Oscars, New York Fashion Week and music videos. Featured as St. Louis’ ‘Most Influential Woman’ in 2011 and 2012 by Alive Magazine, Ola was recently nominated and selected as one of St. Louis’ Top Women Business Owners in 2014.
