​KCFW Official Photographer Application



KCFW Official Photographer Applications are now open!  Please submit your online application by 11:59pm CST on Wednesday, August 31st, 2016.  No late submissions will be accepted.

If you are not applying as an official photographer, the following event camera policy will be emplemented:

 

Professional cameras are allowed in the event with an additional $25 ticket add-on purchase.  $25 fee must be paid at ticket check-in.

  

-Camera ticket add-on will be available at event entrance and not available for purchase before the day of the show.

-Camera ticket add-on grants user to shoot from their assigned seat or side stage (behind audience).

-Photographers who cause distractions from the event or acting in an unprofessional manner mayt be removed from the event with no refund of tickets at the discretion of KCFW.

 

* Professional Camera = Any camera with detachable lens, tripod, other commercial equipment, or the discretion of KCFW staff

** Point & Shoot Camera, Cell Phone, or Flip Video Type devices DO NOT require ticket add-on

 

KCFW Media Pass Application



​We welcome all official media outlets and blogs to apply for a Kansas City Fashion Week media pass. Please read through the application carefully and note all key items. 



By applying for a Kansas City Fashion Week Media Pass, you agree and understand the following criteria:

​

• An official representative of the news/media outlet listed in your application.

• Backstage access is limited and must be approved by the KCFW board. 

• Photos or video taken during Kansas City Fashion Week are authorized for publication only in the media outlet listed on this application and KCFW must be credited and tagged if shared on social media. Kansas City Fashion Week must be credited beside ALL images.
